Information we collect
When you register we collect the details you choose to share, such as your name, date of birth, religion, community, education, profession, city, photos, email and mobile number. We also collect basic usage data (such as log-in times and device information) to keep the service secure and working well.
How we use it
Your information is used to create your profile, suggest matches, let members contact you with your permission, process payments and send service updates. We do not sell your personal information.
Who can see your profile
Profiles are never listed publicly or in any search. Your profile and photos are shown only to members our matchmaking team has matched you with, and only while their membership is active. Photos are stored privately and we remove location data from every uploaded photo.
Contact details
Your phone number and email are never shown on your profile. Our team shares contact details with a match only when both families are interested.
Payments
Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank credentials.
Your choices
You can edit your profile or delete it at any time from Settings. You can also ask us to delete your data by writing to us.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted connections, hashed passwords and access controls to protect your data. No online service is completely secure, so please keep your password private.
